سياسة التبديل او الاسترجاع:

في Lavita، نلتزم بتقديم منتجات عالية الجودة تصل إليكم بحالة ممتازة.
لضمان سلامتكم وحماية خصوصيتكم، لا نقبل طلبات التبديل أو الاسترجاع بعد استلام الطلب، باستثناء الحالات التي يكون فيها الخطأ من طرفنا.

يُسمح بالاسترجاع فقط في حال استلام منتج مختلف كليًا عن الطلب الذي قمت به على الموقع.
في هذه الحالة، سنتحمل كامل تكاليف الشحن والاسترجاع، وسنقوم بإرسال المنتج الصحيح بأسرع وقت ممكن.

سبب هذا الإجراء هو أن جميع منتجاتنا تُستخدم مباشرة على البشرة، ولا يمكن إعادة بيعها بعد فتحها أو تداولها، حرصًا على المعايير الصحية وضمان حصول كل عميل على منتج جديد 100%.

At Lavita, we are committed to delivering high-quality products in perfect condition.
To ensure safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order is received, except in cases where the error is from our side.

A return is only accepted if you receive a completely different product than the one you ordered through our website.
In such cases, we will cover all return and reshipping costs and make sure to deliver the correct item as soon as possible.

The reason for this policy is that our products are applied directly to the skin, and for hygiene purposes, they cannot be resold once opened or handled. This guarantees that every customer receives a 100% fresh and unused product.

To report a wrong order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
